Project: Moorgate Area Enhancement Strategy

+ Developing preliminary street strategy proposals addressing future public realm enhancements and the needs of the changing area, setting out to create a strong sense of ‘place’ and ‘arrival’ to Moorgate as a primary transport and pedestrian hub.

+ Developing devices to maximise and direct higher predicted pedestrian flows in newly pedestrianised zones. Ideas included wall to wall paving for an open clearing to maximise flow and reduce congestion, central granite carpets for longevity and textured finish for better traction, planters as a public realm device to direct pedestrian flow/funnelling towards new pedestrian crossing for expected user increase due to the new Elizabeth Line, while also providing green accents, etc.

+ Designs negotiated spatial constraints and time priorities in parallel to the firm’s Moorgate/Liverpool Street Crossrail projects and neighbouring developments/construction schedules.

Project: Hampstead BID Public Realm Improvements Coordination, Analysis, and Stakeholder Workshop

+ Comprehensively sourcing and orchestrating project and consultation information of groups of Hampstead to harmonize priority and efficiency of time and funding of BID and Village interests.

+ Heading group workshop with BID, Camden Council, Neighbourhood Forum, and local Trust parties for direct consultation.

+ Undertaking a street by street site audit for onsite analysis to further primary research.
